You will receive an email in the following days with information to setup a 10 minute GFE appointment with a provider. This MUST be completed before the event.
A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is a mandatory annual medical evaluation required before certain aesthetic procedures, like Botox, to ensure patient safety and suitability
